About This Role
- Lead global billing operations end-to-end including invoicing, adjustments, and reconciliations ensuring accurate and compliant billing.
- Partner with Credit & Collections to resolve complex invoice disputes and escalations to accelerate cash flow.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls and audit requirements in a high-growth environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years relevant billing and accounts receivable experience.
- 2-3 years of global supervisory or team lead experience.
- Operational proficiency in enterprise ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional partnerships with Finance, IT, and Revenue teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong problem solver with expertise in dispute resolution and root-cause analysis for complex billing issues.
- Familiarity with SaaS or high-tech industry billing processes and quote-to-cash workflows is advantageous.
