Lead supplier performance improvement projects globally, focusing on capacity, on-time delivery, lead-times, total cost of ownership (TCO), and inventory.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering) and manage interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve sustained supplier performance targets.
Apply Lean, Danaher Business System (DBS), and sourcing tools to drive measurable improvements and support sourcing strategy and negotiations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Sourcing/Supply Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
5+ years experience in complex international supply chains with supplier performance improvement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement projects.
Advanced knowledge and certification preferred in DBS tools (e.g., PSP, VSM, Kaizen, DBS@Supplier) and Lean methodologies.
Ability to travel globally and work effectively in virtual, matrix, and international team environments.
