Lead global delivery and end-to-end ITIL-based operations for Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro planning applications supporting Supply Chain.
Own service performance, reporting, budget management, vendor/contract oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives globally.
Partner with business and IT leaders to align planning services with organizational priorities and drive project enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years as Service Delivery Manager.
Mandated ITIL certification and proven experience in global AMS provider support models, including Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro.
Prior work involving ERP integrations, ITSM tools, and preferably regulated industries such as life sciences or medical devices.

Strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro administration and ERP integration within supply chain planning processes.
