Lead and manage a technical consulting team of up to 15 direct reports with 50% of time billable as a technical architect on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud projects.
Own hiring, training, mentoring, and enabling Technical Consultants to deliver high-quality Salesforce Life Sciences solutions with modern AI coding tools and best practices.
Drive internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice, contribute to technical business plans, lead enterprise architecture governance, and serve as trusted advisor to clients on AI and Salesforce Life Sciences technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors.
5+ years people management experience.
Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in Life Sciences or healthcare industry, including strong knowledge of compliance standards like HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, FHIR.
Must have strong skills in integration architecture, platform security (including IAM, sharing and visibility), data architecture and management, Apex design patterns, and experience with Salesforce/Apex, Lightning, and web/mobile technologies; Salesforce certifications preferred.
