Lead and oversee the IIS Application Vulnerability Assessment team, ensuring timely execution and quality of vulnerability assessments.
Manage assessment and mitigation of Single Points of Failure (SPOF) in Mission Critical Assets (MCA) applications, aligning with business criticality and regulatory requirements.
Represent the team in governance and risk committees, and maintain audit readiness aligning with financial compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in application security, IT risk management, or resilience engineering, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Proven experience in risk assessments or IT audits across ITIL® domains including Incident Management, Change Management, Disaster Recovery, and Infrastructure Security.
Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial regulatory compliance and audit processes with strong ITIL tool (ServiceNow) expertise.
Capable of strategic risk prioritization and stakeholder communication translating technical findings to business context.
Demonstrated leadership in vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation within complex, regulated environments such as FinTech or financial services.
