Own end-to-end delivery of AI-native software projects including requirements, design, implementation, and deployment using spec-driven agentic workflows.
Build and contribute to Aivar's core accelerator platforms (Convogent, Velogent, Kubogent) focusing on regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing.
Lead agile delivery teams and manage client-facing consulting engagements, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reporting; mentor engineers on AI-native engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software development experience covering the full SDLC.
At least 1 year of end-to-end AI SDLC experience with production deployment.
Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go, and hands-on experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, Agents, Lambda, and EKS.
Experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements in regulated industries or exposure to regulated software pipelines with V&V, traceability, and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has authored steering files and specification documents for AI-native SDLC processes and built/configured Amazon Bedrock RAG pipelines end-to-end.
Has autonomously delivered software features using AI coding agents and understands challenges in AI-native delivery such as context management, hallucinations, and agent failure modes with practical mitigation strategies.
Experienced in ingesting compliance and regulatory documentation into knowledge bases and comfortable leading distributed delivery teams within fixed-price, milestone-gated projects.
