About This Role
- Own and enhance test automation strategy and frameworks with a strong emphasis on Python programming.
- Drive software testing activities across functional, regression, and scale testing within an AI-based SDLC environment.
- Collaborate with distributed teams using Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure quality delivery for HPE Hybrid Cloud products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant software QA or testing experience.
- Proficient in Python automation, with strong expertise in testing methodologies and tools including CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Mandatory onsite work requirement at HPE office (Onsite role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in storage domain technologies including Block, File, Object storage, and related protocols.
- Strong system engineering background with knowledge of AI workflows and testing automation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation strategy and collaborate effectively in geographically distributed Agile teams.
