12+ years of frontend/full-stack development experience with at least 2 years in principal/staff or equivalent leadership role.
Expert-level skills in React (Hooks, Context API, lifecycle, state management, routing), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo).
Experience with state management/data-fetching libraries (Zustand, TanStack Query/Router), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright), CI/CD pipelines, and performance/accessibility standards.
