About This Role
- Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for frontend systems serving millions of users.
- Lead design, development, and operational excellence of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and influence cross-team engineering standards and culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of frontend/full-stack development experience with at least 2 years in principal/staff or equivalent leadership role.
- Expert-level skills in React (Hooks, Context API, lifecycle, state management, routing), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo).
- Experience with state management/data-fetching libraries (Zustand, TanStack Query/Router), testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright), CI/CD pipelines, and performance/accessibility standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader comfortable owning end-to-end frontend architecture and handling high-impact large-scale initiatives.
- Strong collaborator with history of mentoring senior engineers and working with cross-functional leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Practitioner familiar with modern frontend ecosystems, AI developer tools, micro-frontend architectures, and balancing long-term technical health with delivery speed.
