About This Role
- Own monthly incentive calculation and processing for Global Servicing teams ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to policy.
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Excel automation, SQL, and BI tools to support incentive programs and business analysis.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives including evaluation and deployment of Generative AI and LLMs for business process improvements, reporting, and operational productivity enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in compensation process management involving complex business rules and large scale processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong skills in Excel automation (formulas, pivots, charts), SQL querying, Power BI or Tableau dashboard development.
- Experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI), LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex incentive compensation processes within global servicing or similar domains.
- Capable of independently managing end-to-end incentive calculations, data analysis, and control adherence in a high-output environment.
- Proficient in integrating AI technologies with business workflows to drive scalable automation and insightful reporting.
