Own monthly incentive calculation and processing for Global Servicing teams ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to policy.
Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Excel automation, SQL, and BI tools to support incentive programs and business analysis.
Lead AI and automation initiatives including evaluation and deployment of Generative AI and LLMs for business process improvements, reporting, and operational productivity enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in compensation process management involving complex business rules and large scale processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Strong skills in Excel automation (formulas, pivots, charts), SQL querying, Power BI or Tableau dashboard development.
Experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI), LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex incentive compensation processes within global servicing or similar domains.
Capable of independently managing end-to-end incentive calculations, data analysis, and control adherence in a high-output environment.
Proficient in integrating AI technologies with business workflows to drive scalable automation and insightful reporting.
