Lead the development and execution of comprehensive verification and validation strategies for complex embedded products.
Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using LabVIEW and Python, including CI/CD integration for automated tests.
Own end-to-end test lifecycle activities such as test planning, execution, defect analysis, mentoring junior engineers, and driving root cause analysis of system issues.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems testing, emphasizing test automation and system-level validation.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Expert-level skills in LabVIEW and advanced proficiency in NI TestStand for test sequencing and reporting.
Experience with embedded system communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet-based) and lab equipment (Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Protocol analyzers).
