About This Role
- Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI stack, with emphasis on Microsoft SSRS, Snowflake, and advanced SQL.
- Build scalable data models, manage data/report development, and support production-ready analytics in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical reports and insights, covering full development lifecycle from data sourcing to visualization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data development roles.
- Strong expertise in advanced SQL querying and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms and understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to optimize complex SQL queries and build scalable BI solutions for large datasets in Microsoft and cloud data platforms.
- Experienced operating within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker) and adaptable to continuous learning of new BI technologies and best practices.
