About This Role
- Lead strategic data analytics initiatives within Finance to drive operational efficiency and executive decision-making.
- Analyze large complex datasets using SQL and BigQuery to identify trends, root causes, and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions improving processes and reporting workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech).
- 5 to 6 years of experience in data analytics.
- Expert-level SQL skills with hands-on experience in large, complex datasets; preferably with Oracle or BigQuery.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in finance analytics or consulting/product-based companies with finance domain knowledge as a plus.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
