About This Role
- Oversee planning, development, and delivery of technology projects ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and resourcing needs.
- Drive technical solution design adhering to enterprise architecture standards and manage change control, escalation, and delivery impediments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years experience in project management, delivery management, or related roles within the technology sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environment, software development lifecycle, application design, automated testing, and API integration.
- Knowledge of Agile management tools (Jira, Rally, or similar); certification in SPC, SA, PMI-ACP or PMP preferred but not mandatory.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring technology delivery teams in Agile environments.
