About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and integrations using Ironclad and/or Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platforms.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including client presentations, demos, and technical proposal preparation related to CLM solutions.
- Advise clients on CLM best practices, provide technical expertise during implementations, conduct training, and mentor team members on Agiloft expertise.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience working with Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM platforms.
- Required certifications: Ironclad and/or Agiloft Certified Administrator.
- Proficiency with Ironclad and/or Agiloft API, eSignature integrations, configuration, and customization.
- Work Experience Required: 2–5 years experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in solution design and architecture for enterprise-level CLM projects with technical and client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes, workflows, and legal fundamentals relevant to contract review.
- Capable of translating technical requirements for non-technical clients and collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
