Manage relationships and performance of assigned low-risk vendors and suppliers, including evaluations and issue resolution.
Support and implement sourcing activities to improve supply chain performance, focusing on cost savings and quality improvements.
Assist experienced sourcing consultants with contract negotiations and vendor management for low to medium complexity engagements.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 months of sourcing experience or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Knowledge of vendor management and sourcing practices, including contract drafting and negotiation.
Experience with procurement activities and supplier performance measurement.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ months sourcing experience or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating under direction within sourcing or supply chain teams handling low to medium complexity contracts.
Familiarity with strategic sourcing processes such as RFx, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluations.
Ability to identify and escalate risks while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including data protection standards.
