Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years software engineering experience building enterprise-scale products, preferably in product companies or R&D organizations.
6+ years hands-on Java and Spring Boot microservices development experience.
Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, SOA, event-driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud-native application development on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and scaling complex distributed systems within product or R&D environments, preferably in eCommerce or global marketplace platforms.
Technical leader with proven ability to drive architecture decisions and influence cross-team engineering practices at scale.
Strong background in Java/JVM internals, concurrency, microservices, and modern cloud engineering including CI/CD, observability, and production support.
