Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years experience in software engineering or related area.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend development.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, CIS, SE, or related field OR 6+ years relevant experience; Master's degree preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating distributed, scalable, and resilient backend systems in enterprise settings.
Comfortable leading technical architecture and driving engineering excellence including security, performance, and cost optimization.
Familiar with AI/ML integration and modern cloud-native development with an ability to balance trade-offs pragmatically.
