About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and hands-on development of scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications with emphasis on backend services.
- Own and drive complex technical initiatives end-to-end from business problem translation through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship; influence architectural decisions and help establish standards and best practices across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years experience in software engineering or related area.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, CIS, SE, or related field OR 6+ years relevant experience; Master's degree preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operating distributed, scalable, and resilient backend systems in enterprise settings.
- Comfortable leading technical architecture and driving engineering excellence including security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Familiar with AI/ML integration and modern cloud-native development with an ability to balance trade-offs pragmatically.
