Source and secure quality corporate office leasing opportunities through strong business development and networking with developers, corporates, landowners, and intermediaries.
Manage end-to-end transaction processes including property pool details, site inspections, client interactions, pricing inputs, proposal preparation, and compliance with legal and governmental requirements.
Ensure high levels of client service delivery including calls, meetings, presentations, and timely submission of accurate proposals to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree mandatory.
7-9 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or office leasing advisory.
On-site work location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication, negotiation, and financial skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in business development within commercial real estate focusing on corporate office leasing.
Strong relationship management capabilities with developers, corporates, brokers and legal/ government coordination experience.
Capable of handling transaction management complexities including financial analysis and client proposals under challenging scenarios.
