Perform compliance screening of HPE transactions for Global Trade requirements including Export screening, Embargo, and Restricted Party List (RPL) screening and decision-making.
Independently analyze performance metrics, backlog management, and use data analytics to implement process improvements and ensure SLA achievements.
Collaborate with regional/global teams and stakeholders, manage scheduling including weekend and AMS shift coverage, and support training plans to maintain team quality and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience.
3-6 years of experience in supply chain function, order management, or 24X7 operational environment with strict SLAs.
Proficient understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance, specifically export screening, embargo, RPL/SPL screening and decision making.
Work location: Hybrid model with 2-3 days/week office presence; must work in rotational AMS shift including weekends and afternoon hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience independently managing compliance operations in a high-volume, fast-paced transaction environment with strict SLA adherence.
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data analytics and automation tools (including familiarity with machine learning) for process improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams and lead training and quality assurance initiatives.
