Specialized Analytics Sr Anlst - C12 - GURUGRAM

Handle large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support business strategy implementation.

Document data requirements and perform data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis including statistical modeling and visualization.

Coach and train new recruits; influence decisions within the area of specialization, impacting team and project performance.

5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in quantitative fields like Financial or Credit Card industry.

Proficiency in data retrieval and manipulation tools such as SQL and Access.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to communicate effectively and work in a matrix environment.

Experienced in applying advanced analytics and data science techniques in marketing, risk, digital or AML domains.

Able to navigate complex, multi-source data environments and deliver data-driven business insights.

Demonstrates ability to impact cross-functional teams and lead within a specialized analytics function.
