Create or amend shareholder database in Transfer Agency (TA) system to support daily investor transactions.
Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Manage client queries, data integrity, reporting, AML compliance assistance, quality checks, and support process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Ideally 1 year in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with fund administration or TA systems is advantageous.
Location: Preferable location Mumbai; must be willing to work any shift including night shifts.
