Own product direction, roadmap, and delivery for airline reservations capabilities focused on booking and post booking workflows including PNR and servicing.
Manage feature definition, backlog, and guide engineering teams to deliver on-time, high-quality releases aligned with business and technical strategy.
Engage customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, enable adoption, and continuously improve booking and servicing flows through data and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of product management experience in airline technology, GDS, or travel platforms.
Strong domain knowledge in reservations including booking, PNR, servicing, queues or group bookings.
Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and scalable system design.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant product management roles.
