Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Scrum Team to define and implement solution requirements.
Participate fully in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, retrospectives, and reviews.
Deliver high-quality .Net desktop application code with proper reviews, unit testing, documentation, and adherence to agreed standards.
Minimum Requirements
4 - 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in BE, B Tech, MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
Proven expertise in .Net desktop application development, particularly using C# and WinForms or WPF.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (MS TEST, NUnit), Azure, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end software development within Agile teams focused on industrial or desktop software applications.
Strong technical skills in advanced OOP concepts, design patterns, and multiple programming languages with emphasis on C#.
Able to communicate effectively across distributed teams including product management, testing, and support functions.
