About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs focused on ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Establish and manage program governance, risk mitigation, compliance, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in program or project management of technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, release and change management, and technology operations.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in program management or related technology delivery roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team technology programs with cross-functional and geographic complexity.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to drive alignment among diverse stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Experience in financial services technology, enterprise applications, or platform modernization with knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
