Perform software QA engineering for assigned applications or system elements including planning, execution, and reporting of test cases.
Develop and automate functional test plans and scripts, leveraging ServiceNow ATF where applicable.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, communicate findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior testers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-6 years of relevant software QA or testing experience.
Mandatory experience testing on ServiceNow platform.
Automated testing experience using ServiceNow ATF preferred; CSA certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with ServiceNow testing and functional automation focusing on quality improvement and test lifecycle management.
Capable of independently assessing test effort and timelines to contribute to overall test planning.
