Lead the Global Derivatives team managing ETS and OTC processes including trade reconciliation, settlements, collateral margining, and month-end financial disclosures globally.
Ensure accurate and timely trade book to financial reconciliations and provide insightful management information to finance and control functions for derivatives.
Drive operational excellence through stakeholder management, digital initiatives, staff development, and participation in major transformational projects.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of professional experience in Finance Operations related to Derivatives trading and settlements.
Professional degree in a finance related discipline (e.g., CA, CIMA, MBA) preferred.
In-depth knowledge of derivatives trading operations, ETRM systems like SAP and ENDUR, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work flexibly across time zones during critical month/quarter close periods.
