Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization solutions for global customers.
Own solution architecture, integration strategy, effort estimation, and functional design while collaborating across Pre-Sales, Product Management, Consulting, and Customer IT.
Serve as trusted advisor to customers and executives, providing best practices, solution recommendations, and leadership throughout project lifecycle including discovery to post-go-live support.
Minimum Requirements
13+ years professional experience in enterprise software delivery; 6-8 years in solution architecture or senior consulting roles.
Strong domain expertise in retail supply chain, planning, allocation, merchandising, or closely related verticals.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Blue Yonder product suite or equivalent platforms and knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, Kafka, Mulesoft) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations for large, complex customers including requirements, design, integration, configuration, UAT, and cutover.
Experience facilitating business process workshops and translating outcomes into functional and technical specifications, delivering executive-level presentations.
Familiar with multi-tenant SaaS, cloud migrations, SaaS operations, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and mentoring teams across cross-functional stakeholders.
