About This Role
- Lead holistic software feature development lifecycle including requirements understanding, coding, testing, automation, and maintenance for healthcare applications.
- Lead technical initiatives with ownership of code quality, standard practices compliance, and non-functional requirements (NFR) adherence.
- Provide technical leadership with expertise in full stack technologies (.NET Core, C#, API, Angular, SQL) and foster agile development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years experience in software development with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, API development, Angular (v10+), SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including React, CSS, HTML.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes/containers, Test-Driven Development, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer comfortable leading cross-functional agile teams and driving technical solutions end-to-end.
- Strong in object-oriented programming, design principles, and relational databases with a mindset for quality and automation.
- Able to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership in a healthcare-focused software environment.
