About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Product Operations, or similar, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Analytically skilled with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment liaising between product, tech, business, and external stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in insurance tech or financial services operational environments.
