Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
6+ years experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Linux system administration.
Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Service Mesh (ISTIO), Kubernetes Composable CNIs (Cilium), advanced Linux administration, networking (BGP), containerization (Docker), and backend programming in Golang, Python, or Java.
Onsite requirement: Presence in office 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native platform engineering, and automation tooling including Argo CD and GitOps practices.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration bridging engineering, operations, and business teams for streamlined delivery and cost optimization.
Practiced in secure coding standards, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and performance troubleshooting with strong hands-on knowledge of modern DevOps practices and open-source tools.
