Own and drive global Record to Report (RTR) process standardization and ensure consistent execution across regions and business units.
Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability.
Define, govern, and monitor RTR policies, SOPs, controls, KPIs, and support implementation of new tools and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Preferred qualifications include CPA, CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent.
Proven experience in Global Process Ownership, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership roles.
Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S4/HANA, or OneStream.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading global process standardization and transformation programs in finance functions.
Capable of working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing change for process and technology initiatives.
Comfortable driving governance, compliance, and performance management in a global, multi-region environment.
