Lead administration and strategic ownership of enterprise BI platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
Drive migration of SSRS reports and infrastructure from SQL Server to Databricks, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity.
Architect and enforce governance, security, and compliance frameworks; mentor junior staff and manage platform performance and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in enterprise BI administration or analytics engineering.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Extensive hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS administration including migrations from SQL Server to Databricks.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, KA; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-platform BI ecosystems combining on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure.
Strong technical expertise in BI platform automation using PowerShell, Python, and REST/Graph APIs.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale migrations, enforce data security/compliance, and communicate effectively with business and technology leadership.
