Own the analytics function for JLL’s Lease Abstraction Enterprise Platform (LEAP), designing and maintaining comprehensive reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
Define and track KPIs and performance measurement standards that align platform operations with business goals, influencing decision-making at all levels.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction, while regularly communicating insights to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and strong skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram or Bangalore.

Experienced in performance analysis with a focus on operational processes, capable of designing dashboards and KPI frameworks for high-impact business platforms.
