Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and implementing successful software development projects in complex environments.
Strong expertise in application programming and system analysis following architectural blueprints.
Capable of quickly adjusting priorities and providing mentorship or coaching to junior team members.
