Own and deliver end-to-end software projects, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications.
Develop both front-end and back-end solutions integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms with other systems using cloud technologies.
Automate operations, monitor system health, and ensure high availability and performance of critical applications, including conducting code reviews and maintaining software documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-3 years experience, OR Diploma with 3-4 years experience in relevant field.
At least 2+ years hands-on experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) applications and integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
Strong knowledge of information systems, network technologies, Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years based on qualification as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multiple Salesforce core cloud platforms including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud with practical integration experience.
Proficient in cloud technologies such as AWS (EC2, S3, Redshift, Lambda), Databricks, and Mulesoft.
Skilled in rapid prototyping and translating concepts into working code, with ability to manage scope, risk, and timelines effectively involving cross-functional teams.
