About This Role
- Own and deliver end-to-end software projects, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications.
- Develop both front-end and back-end solutions integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce platforms with other systems using cloud technologies.
- Automate operations, monitor system health, and ensure high availability and performance of critical applications, including conducting code reviews and maintaining software documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-3 years experience, OR Diploma with 3-4 years experience in relevant field.
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) applications and integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
- Strong knowledge of information systems, network technologies, Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years based on qualification as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple Salesforce core cloud platforms including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud with practical integration experience.
- Proficient in cloud technologies such as AWS (EC2, S3, Redshift, Lambda), Databricks, and Mulesoft.
- Skilled in rapid prototyping and translating concepts into working code, with ability to manage scope, risk, and timelines effectively involving cross-functional teams.
