Operate and tune security platforms to monitor and protect battery energy storage control systems across a global fleet, including customer sites.
Lead technical incident response for security events affecting control systems, coordinating with multiple teams and managing risks tied to physical equipment.
Build and maintain asset inventory and vulnerability management prioritized by real exposure; provide architecture review and support secure network and access designs.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years focused on industrial, energy, or control system environments.
Hands-on experience with control system security monitoring or vulnerability management platforms.
Working knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 standards, and familiarity with industrial protocols like Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850.
Strong network fundamentals including segmentation, firewalls, and traffic analysis; ability to read one-line diagrams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in control system security with demonstrated capability to lead incident response in environments where mistakes impact physical systems.
Skilled at translating technical risks for diverse audiences including engineers, operations staff, and customers.
