About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions for Record-to-Report process, focusing on global template development aligned with target operating models and compliance.
- Accountable for end-to-end SAP Finance solution architecture, ensuring quality, security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards during large-scale global transformation programs.
- Govern SAP solution lifecycle including validation, change management, live support, and continuous improvement leveraging emerging SAP capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12 years IT experience with 8+ years in SAP full-cycle ERP implementations including global templates across multiple countries/business units.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or later, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and exposure to SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.
- Location: Pune (Hybrid work model, 2 days in-office). SAP certification preferred. Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Life Sciences) preferred.
