Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Oversee end-to-end Plan-to-Inventory value stream including production planning, shop floor execution, quality management, inventory, and plant maintenance for manufacturing and commercial operations.
Design and deliver SAP Manufacturing & Quality solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture, supporting multi-country implementations and SAP S/4HANA transition.
Lead governance and quality assurance for SAP solutions, provide L3 support for live environments, and champion continuous improvement to ensure solution stability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
At least 12 years of IT experience with 8+ years in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and multi-country deployments.
Strong expertise in SAP Plan-to-Inventory processes including production planning, quality management, plant maintenance, especially in batch-managed and sterile manufacturing contexts.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher; SAP HANA experience preferred; SAP certification in relevant modules preferred.
Location: Pune with hybrid work model (2 days onsite). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or related field preferred.
