Manage consumer care and authorized service network to ensure timely, high-quality technical service support and consumer satisfaction.
Plan and conduct technical training for service center teams on new product introductions, features, repair procedures, and troubleshooting.
Oversee spare parts availability and management, handle safety case investigations, manage service claims, monitor service quality KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams for technical and service issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Preferably 10–15+ years in service operations, technical service, after-sales/service network, or consumer care with experience managing a sizeable service ecosystem.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical preferred); MBA/PGDM in Operations, Service Management or Business Administration is a plus.
Strong experience in service network management, technical operations, partner/vendor governance, and consumer service excellence.
Work Location: Onsite presence required at company facilities at least 3 days per week for office-based teams; field roles generally at customer or supplier sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in NPI readiness, technical training, root cause analysis, process improvement, and service quality management with measurable impact on KPIs such as NPS, TAT, and service quality.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Capable of strategic thinking, decision-making, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving service network capability development through training and process standardization.
