IN_Senior Associate _IRM Architect_ GCC_ Advisory_Pune

Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow IRM and GRC programs, managing end-to-end test scenarios and coverage aligned with business requirements.

Oversee functional and regression testing for integrated risk management, compliance tools, risk events, and risk profile reporting, including defect analysis and UAT support.

Drive improvements in test strategies, automation, and integration of CI/CT/CD pipelines for continuous delivery within the GRC domain.

4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain focusing on Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.

At least 2 years in leadership role managing GRC program teams.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM platform and related testing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow ATF; Selenium, Java, and Playwright are advantageous.

Education: Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration; Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years.

Experience operating in agile testing environments within GRC or Integrated Risk Management programs, especially on ServiceNow IRM.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for testing large-scale GRC solutions, including impact analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation in quality engineering for continuous delivery in enterprise risk and compliance contexts.
