Create, update, and maintain Material Master data and parts records in ERP systems (SAP/IFS) following company standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like BOM, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Compliance to gather and validate data.
Monitor and improve data quality and process efficiency, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, TAT, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
Full-time graduate degree required; preferably Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration.
Domain knowledge in Supply Chain and SAP/ERP (specifically MM module), Material Pricing, RoHS, HTS/HSN codes, Sales/Purchase Org required.
Proficiency in managing large volumes of material master data with attention to detail and compliance.
Work location hybrid with mandatory in-office presence at Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless on business obligation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing material master data within complex ERP environments, especially SAP MM module.
Familiar with regulatory compliance aspects related to material data such as RoHS and product classification codes.
Capable of process improvement and quality assurance in data management, balancing accuracy with efficient turnaround times.
