Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to track project activities, milestones, and business outcomes using RAG status and provide proactive risk identification.
Generate and present regular status reports, committee packs, and maintain business requirements documents to ensure alignment and clarity.
Apply a Business Analyst mindset to challenge assumptions, coordinate requirements discussions, and support UAT planning, especially in capital regulatory reporting related to investment banking.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including business analyst duties and project coordination within financial services or capital regulatory reporting.
Strong understanding of financial products, Basel regulatory programs (Basel 2.5, 3/4), and investment banking technological systems.
Proven skills in RAG status tracking, stakeholder management, committee pack preparation, and familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, stored procedures; experience with banking databases and data visualization tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in capital regulatory reporting, RWA, CVA calculation, and financial asset classes like SFT, OTC/ETD, and Loans.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in complex banking projects with both business and technical teams, driving project momentum and detailed requirements gathering.
Capable of leveraging advanced data tools (Power BI, Alteryx) and SQL expertise to provide actionable project insights and support data integration through APIs and web services.
