Collaborate with stakeholders and support Project Manager to align project goals and track milestones using RAG status.
Generate and present regular progress reports, prepare committee packs, and manage project documentation including Business Requirements Documents.
Apply Business Analyst mindset to challenge assumptions ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives, with strong focus on financial products and investment banking technology systems.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience with proven Business Analyst skills in documentation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and project support.
Strong skills in risk tracking, RAG status reporting, follow-up management, and committee pack preparation.
Basic proficiency in Excel and SQL with strong SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and stored procedures; experience in financial services regulatory capital reporting is a plus.
Experience with Capital Regulatory Reporting, Basel programs (2.5, 3/4), financial asset classes (SFT, OTC/ETD, Loans), and hands-on Alteryx/Power BI (3+ years) preferred.

Experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in investment banking products, regulatory capital reporting, and Basel regulations.
Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a financially regulated environment with exposure to data visualization and data tools.
