About This Role
- Lead business analysis for Capital Markets and Custody fund accounting with focus on Trade Lifecycle Processing including trade validation, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation (BSDs, functional specs, diagrams) for post-trade workflows and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product Owners, IT, QA, and Delivery teams to support Agile Scrum delivery and ensure clear communication and timely execution of business changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience as Business Analyst in enterprise-scale systems.
- Strong domain expertise in Fund Accounting, Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle Processing, and post-trade processing workflows.
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Must work from office in India; remote work not eligible.

- Experienced in regulated, high-volume capital markets or financial services environments with complex post-trade operations.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies working with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
