Lead business analysis for Capital Markets and Custody fund accounting with focus on Trade Lifecycle Processing including trade validation, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation (BSDs, functional specs, diagrams) for post-trade workflows and process improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, Product Owners, IT, QA, and Delivery teams to support Agile Scrum delivery and ensure clear communication and timely execution of business changes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience as Business Analyst in enterprise-scale systems.
Strong domain expertise in Fund Accounting, Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle Processing, and post-trade processing workflows.
Hands-on proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
Must work from office in India; remote work not eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated, high-volume capital markets or financial services environments with complex post-trade operations.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies working with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
