About This Role
- Develop and execute HR operations aligned with business needs in lending sales, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Manage performance processes, including evaluation, low performer interventions, and performance improvement plans for the assigned region.
- Establish strong business partnering through employee engagement, attrition analysis, office visits, and resolving HR policy issues and employee queries.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in HR degree required.
- 1-3 years of proven working experience in HR roles.
- Experience or understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices mandatory.
- Exposure to startup environment considered an advantage but not mandatory.

- Ability to strongly execute HR tasks with high ownership and rigor.
- Experience working in dynamic, sales-driven or startup-related business environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and business partnering within regional teams.
