Coordinate and govern testing activities across multiple suppliers ensuring quality gates before go-live.
Plan, execute, and provide oversight of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including defect management and triage.
Prepare test reports, quality metrics, conduct go-live readiness assessments, and act as primary testing point of contact across stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Total experience: 5.5+ years with strong test management and coordination for large-scale programs.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing, including modules like ITSM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, and security scanner integrations.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-vendor or multi-supplier testing environments with coordination across geographically distributed Agile teams.
Strong expertise in defect management, testing governance, and quality gate processes for complex ServiceNow implementations.
Proficient in test automation for ServiceNow, specifically with the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
