Lead and coordinate deep-dive investigations and resolution of significant security vulnerabilities impacting ServiceNow products and platform.
Drive coordinated response and fix implementation across engineering, product, and release teams to minimize exposure window during security incidents.
Contribute to CVE disclosure process and post-incident root cause analysis to improve security response and SDLC practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years with Master's, 3 years with PhD, or equivalent experience).
At least 4 years auditing source code for security vulnerabilities in Java and JavaScript.
Demonstrated leadership during significant security events or major incidents with willingness for on-call incident response.
Proficiency in scripting with Python and JavaScript; ability to develop proof-of-concept exploits for web vulnerabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Recognized expert in product security incident response or vulnerability research within major software or SaaS platforms, preferably PSIRT experience.
Strong operational understanding of product development cycles, engineering/product relationships, and SDLC integration including CI/CD pipelines.
Experience handling advanced threats including AI-related attacks, software supply chain security, and cloud/container environments.
