Lead and manage laboratory experimental projects within reservoirs recovery focusing on SCAL and reservoir-condition studies.
Design and improve laboratory equipment and methods to ensure cutting-edge data delivery and operational readiness.
Conduct experiments, assure data quality, analyze results, and report technical insights to Production & Operations (P&O) and Gas & Low Carbon Energy (G&LCE) business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or relevant science, or equivalent experience.
At least five years of laboratory-based scientific experience with expertise in SCAL and reservoir-condition experiments.
Proven hands-on experience in study planning, execution, and reporting in laboratory settings.
Strong knowledge and practice of laboratory safety processes and equipment safety requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading R&D experimental projects in oil and gas reservoir recovery or similar subsurface technology environments.
Capable of integrating instrumentation engineering knowledge with laboratory operations and safety compliance.
Skilled in data analysis and technical reporting to multidisciplinary stakeholders within energy sector contexts.
