Lead development of highly scalable native iOS mobile applications supporting millions of Last Mile delivery drivers.
Drive projects with high visibility across the organization, including design, architecture, coding, testing, and delivery in cross-functional teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and offshore engineers while troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience leading design and architecture of native iOS mobile apps.
Strong proficiency in iOS development with Swift, RxSwift, Combine, SwiftUI, MVVM, MVVM-C, unit testing frameworks, and modular Clean Architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of software engineering experience; or 5 years of software engineering experience without degree.
Work location based in Bangalore or Chennai, India; experience with performance optimization, dependency injection, and CI/CD mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and maintaining large-scale native mobile apps with high user base and demonstrated high level system design skills.
Capable of driving end-to-end mobile app delivery including scalable architecture, performance improvements, and offline capabilities.
Comfortable working in cross-geographical teams providing mentorship and balancing multiple complex projects with stakeholder collaboration.
