Support category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for fats and oils spend categories across India, AUS, MENAP & SSA regions.
Analyze spend and market data to generate insights, prepare negotiation materials, and manage supplier relationships.
Drive margin improvement projects, ensure audit compliance, contract management, supplier certification, delivery performance, and support innovation and sustainability agendas.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commodities; preferably in fats and oils commodity sourcing in the food industry.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant domain.

Experienced in procurement data analytics and supply market analysis with ability to handle large datasets and visualize insights.
Capable of cross-functional stakeholder management including finance and project teams to drive strategy execution and compliance.
